I’m in the process of clearing 5,000 old emails out of my inbox. I have read that the first step to a more productive life in this, our modern age, is a clean inbox. I am turning over a new leaf, getting a brand new start. Part of getting a brand new start is writing this post in which I tell you, the reader, that I am in the process of cleaning 5,000 old emails out of my inbox. I have gotten married since my last post and spent 2 weeks in Hawaii. But you are not interested in hearing about those adventures or seeing the magnificent pictures that have been produced during these events. You are interested in reading about how I’m clearing 5,000 old emails out of my inbox. You should see me at work; it is a thing to behold. The swiftness of the keystrokes! The efficiency with which I suss out the wheat from the chaff!

This is much, much more interesting than anything else I have done in the last month, and therefore far more deserving of a post.
